Meet Mrs. Stella Ugorji, the Owner and Director
Being passionately committed to the growth and development of children, Mrs. Stella established the Academy to provide a supportive atmosphere where young students will be able to develop emotionally, socially, and academically.
Mrs. Stella is a professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) who graduated from the University of Phoenix as a Registered Nurse (RN). She has formed an enviable career at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, where she still goes to serve her community with love, integrity, and quality services. Her experience in nursing is a special approach to child care, not only with a strong knowledge of health, safety and emotional condition but also with a strong desire to see the child prosper.
Beyond her work, Mrs. Stella is a loving wife and a proud mother of 5. She has spent 18
beautiful years as a married woman and is inspired daily by her children who remind her of the happiness and possibilities that each child has to offer. Her life as a loving parent and a committed healthcare worker is the core of the mission of the West Minister Child Learning Academy; to raise all children with the same love, care, and support she provides to her own children.
In her leadership approach, the Academy places a strong focus on a balance between learning and play and encourages curiosity, confidence and kindness in each child. Mrs. Stella is of the opinion that early childhood education is not simply preparing kids to get to school but it is the basis of a lifetime of learning, caring, and achievement.
It is in her vision and dedication that the West Minister Child Learning Academy, Inc. is still a place where families can feel supported, educators can feel valued and children can feel loved.
