Meet Mrs. Stella Ugorji, the Owner and Founder
At West Minister Child Learning Academy, Inc., our mission begins with the vision of our founder, Mrs. Stella. Inspired by her passion for children and their limitless potential, Mrs. Stella established the Academy to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
Mrs. Stella earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Phoenix and is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Her healthcare background has given her extensive knowledge of children's health, safety, and overall well-being, while reinforcing the compassion, patience, and dedication she brings to early childhood education every day.
As a devoted wife of more than 18 years and the proud mother of five children, Mrs. Stella understands the trust families place in those who care for their children. Her experiences as both a healthcare professional and a parent have shaped the heart of West Minister Child Learning Academy. She believes every child deserves to be loved, encouraged, respected, and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Mrs. Stella is committed to creating a learning environment that balances education with play, promotes creativity and curiosity, and builds confidence, independence, and kindness. She believes that early childhood education is about more than preparing children for kindergarten—it's about laying the foundation for a lifetime of learning, strong character, and future success.
Today, her vision continues to guide West Minister Child Learning Academy, Inc. as a place where children feel safe and valued, families feel welcomed and supported, and educators are empowered to make a lasting difference in every child's life.
